The Awakening is a gentle introduction to the deeper world of nature connection within Hymn Of Nature.
Together, we spend a day exploring what many shamanic traditions refer to as The Chief’s Question: What Is Needed?
Through a series of guided experiences across the Dartington Estate, we begin to explore how nature may already be reflecting different aspects of ourselves back to us.
Throughout the day we may work with shamanic drum journeying, tree meditation, flower essence connection, poetry, elemental awareness and symbolic observation through nature.
